Medium duration varieties - Kufri Bahar, Kufri Lalima, Kufri Satluj, Kufri Sadabahar etc. These varieties matures in 90-110 days.
Long duration varieties - Kufri Sindhuri, Kufri Badshah etc. These varieties matures in 110-120 days.

Kufri Sindhuri is the variety of potato which is mainly grown in Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Bihar, Gujrat, Maharashtra, Karnataka & Jammu Kashmir.
This variety is suitable for processing. This variety is moderately resistant to early blight disease and can tolerate Potato Leaf Roll Virus.
Kufri Chandramukhi is mainy grown in Bihar, Gujrat, Haryana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Orissa & West Bengal.
It is suitable for making instant flakes & chips.
Kufri Jyoti is moderately resistant to early and late blight disease and is mostly grown in Bihar, Maharashtra, Gujrat, Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka & West Bengal.
It is suitable for processing purpose.
Kufri Badshah is mostly grown in Jammu Kashmir, Haryana, Punjab, Gujrat, Uttar Pradesh & Madhya Pradesh.
This variety is suitable for cooking. It matures in 100-110 days.
Kufri Lalima is slightly red in colour and large to medium in size. It is mostly grown in Uttar Pradesh & Bihar.
This variety is not suitable for processing.
Kufri Ashoka is mostly grown in Bihar, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh & West Bengal.
It matures in 70-80 days. This variety is suitable for table purpose.
Kufri Chipsona-1 is suitable for making chips & French fries and is mostly grown in Bihar & Uttar Pradesh.
This variety is resistant to late blight disease & tolerant to frost.
